AUCKLAND - 4 Week Course
Four day practical workshop covering fundamentals of boxing, equipment, punches, training, safety, drills and combinations. The course is designed for fitness professionals, however is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their boxing and pad holding skills.
Includes: 16 hours of training and hands on practice split over 4 days, Workbook covering everything you need to know, Hand Wraps, Certificate.
