Random and serious attacks are occurring in New Zealand just like anywhere else in the world. With a few targeted skills you can have confidence to go about your life like you always have, knowing that you can ward off an offender if necessary. 
Human Weapon provides practical courses where you will be using whole body motion with hands, legs, elbows to defend against any attack. We teach awareness, avoidance, defense and de-escalation and you learn how to defend against slaps, punches, pushes and grabs.
HAVE CONFIDENCE

The Human Weapon self-defense system is suitable for children, teenagers, mums, young women, runners, shift workers, and the older generation. Teaching is based on combat techniques however our system teaches modified moves for real situations that we see occurring in New Zealand. 
We are concerned with the increase in violent robberies of liquor stores and dairies in New Zealand, reports of abductions of school children walking home from school, and female runners confronted or assaulted. Our self defense classes specifically target these types of attacks and give more confidence to our students in their work, school and social lives.

Private Classes

Private classes are for one or two people. Lessons can be tailored to specific circumstances & scenarios or we can work through block course material.

Group Classes

Group Classes work through a series of basic techniques and scenarios.  Small class sizes with a maximum of 6 beginners ensure that techniques ​are mastered.

Businesses

Consultancy, self defense training and security advice for businesses including dairies, liquor stores, petrol stations etc
